Non Warranty

1. We come to you to service offending device $35.00 includes first hour on the job.
2. Every hour thereafter $35.00 per hour.

Warranty information

Normally, we can fix your problem on the phone, or through emails. If we can not a technician will trouble shoot with you on the phone, or through emails to determine if a part is defective. If it is determined you need a part, the part will be ordered and if necessary a technician will be dispatched to install it. Service is subject to parts availability.

This warranty does NOT cover software, external devices, or any item added after leaving CyberPro's premise.

This warranty does NOT cover damage due to external causes, including abuse, accident, misuse, problems with electrical power, or Service by other than CyberPro.

Installation Services

Free installation is included with all new CyberPro systems

These services are as follows.

1. Technician will spend 60 minutes to accomplish as much of the following as possible.

2. Unpack system and components

3. Connect keyboard, Monitor, and mouse

4. Power up system and bring up Installed Operating System

5. Connect system to ISP and verify connectivity

6. Setup and activate one email, based on customer providing needed information

Installation does NOT include

1. Deinstall old PC

2. Data Migration from Old PC to New

3. Software application transfer from Old PC to New

4. Furniture Movement Setup or Prep
